Q - How big can my custom sign be?
A - Single panel signs are limited to 11-1/4 inches by 22 inches (approximate). It is possible to make multiple panels that work together to make one large sign. CONTACT US for more information.

Q - Can I see what my custom sign will look like before I order it?
A - Yes! We can create a 3D model of your idea and e-mail you a computer generated image. Just fill out the short form on the CONTACT US page. Be sure to let us know as much as possible about what you want in the message. Include model numbers whenever possible. Model numbers are located in the upper left hand corner of product pages. For example, I'd like the shape of sign number w241, and the font from number w211, with the text reading  "Welcome to the Yourname's". Also be sure to include any punctuation or capital letters in your request.

Q - Can I order a custom sign with my own artwork or logo?
A - Yes, we can cut signs using line drawing artwork, or tracing. We can also import most company logos.

Q - Do you have a sign with a certain breed of animal, or my favorite animal in a certain pose?
A - We have a large library of artwork available, and in most cases we can find a suitable graphic, however we cannot guarantee an exact breed or pose.

Q - Can I put my sign outside?
A - Yes. All of our signs are sealed with an acrylic sealer for outdoor use. Depending on the conditions where the sign is displayed, you may have to re-seal it eventually. A spray on clear spray paint will work. Lighted acrylic signs are not intended for outdoor use.

Q - How long does it take to make my sign?
A - Most single panel signs will be completed in 10-14 days. Multi panel signs or signs with custom artwork may take longer.

Q - How do I get my sign when it's done?
A1 - We can ship your sign to you or to another address by USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout time.
A2 - If you live in the Bismarck / Mandan area or are going to be nearby, you can stop by our store in the Gateway mall, right beside Sears.
